ACT participates at the regional working group annual workshop held in Kwazulu Natal, South Africa from 2nd - 8th September 2012.

The workshop was a success and had the following key outputs:

• Revised Vision, Mission and activities and TOR
• Formation of an Executive Committee to steer the CARWG. Five members appointed to the committee were from FAO, ACT, Government of South Africa, Government of Malawi and SACAU. The government of Malawi, through the CA task force representative, was appointed to as the CARWG Chair and FAO-REOSA will provide the Secretariat services to the working group.
