The African Conservation Tillage Network-Tanzania Wins Second Prize At The Nanenane Exhibition 2014

The African Conservation Tillage Network-Tanzania, emerged second overall winner amongst 18 NGOs that participated in the Nane Nane show, this August at Dodoma in Tanzania.

Nane Nane fairs are a national event celebrated to recognize farmers’ contribution to the Tanzania economy. They provide an opportunity for Farmers and other stakeholders to exchange ideas, knowledge, skills and business. During the event different stakeholders from public, private, NGOs, CBOs, FBOs whose sole business is agriculture get priority for the space to display, educate and sell agricultural related products. Non agriculture bodies like banks, academia, radio and telephone companies to link up agricultural activities along the value chain also participate in these exhibitions.
