ACT West and Central Africa will be holding a training session and study tour for top Ministry Officials in charge of Rural Development in Niger. During the week there will also be the second Phase of the evaluation of Farmers participating in the contest for the best CA farmer as well as Field days including inter and intra village exchange visits from the 21st - 26th October 2013
